I don’t think I’ve shared my obsession with Siggi’s Icelandic style Skyr Yogurt before, but it is delicious. The flavors are to die for and the fact that it’s packed with protein makes it essentially a no guilt treat. So when I discovered the Pumpkin & Spice flavor at the grocery story, I was probably more excited than I should be about yogurt. And it did not disappoint. This satisfies all my pumpkin cravings in a healthy little package.
I love candy corn. But you know what I love more than candy corn? Those delicious pumpkins that get thrown into the mix. But most bags of Brach’s don’t have nearly enough of those little guys for my liking. So this year my husband got me a bag of just pumpkins and I am now a very happy girl.
So supposedly this was introduced last year but as a frequent Trader Joe’s shopper, I don’t remember it and believe me, I would have remembered this delicious drink. This seasonal offering is yummy, festive and only 100 calories a cup! And for those of you who are vegan or, like me, try to avoid as much dairy as possible (other than cheese and yogurt that is) this almond and pumpkin based beverage has you covered.
A few weeks ago I wrote about my need to stay away from coffee. But as the fall season drew nearer, I was beginning to get depressed. After all, if I couldn’t drink coffee, how could I enjoy my PSL (that’s Pumpkin Spice Latte to those who have been living in a cave) this year? (First world problems, am I right?) It’s almost as if Starbucks heard my cries for help because this fall they introduced a new drink: Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte. And not only does it take care of my pumpkin spice cravings, I think it’s even better than the PSL!
