Friday Finds: A Few Fall Beauty Musts

Last week’s Friday Finds focused on my obsession with every thing pumpkin. This week I’m sharing some of my beauty musts for the fall season.

Limited Edition Almond Hand Cream • L’Occitane  $12

This stuff is amazing. Not only does it smell incredible and doesn’t upstage my perfume, it is also super nourishing and protects my hands from even the harshest of weather. But this particular scent is only available for a limited time so if you love that subtle almond smell, don’t wait to get your hands (pun intended) on a tube or two of this highly portable hand cream.

NARS Velvet Lip Glide in Unspeakable • NARS • $26

Granted I turn to black or almost black lipstick in October, but at the office I need something a bit more subtle. This is a gorgeous wine hue that stays put all day and doesn’t dry out my lips. It also seems to have a slight plumping effect. Need I say more?

Christophe Robin Regenerating Mask • Christophe Robin • $71

I actually use this all year round because it is probably the most important hair product in my arsenal. But as the air gets colder and dryer, I find this to be an even important step in my beauty routine. Every time I wash my hair I follow it up with this repairing mask. I just run it through, leave it on for four to five minutes while I am shaving or practicing my best impression of Adele, and when I wash it out I have the silkiest hair. It also cuts down considerably on my drying time and I don’t have as many of those pesky flyaways. And as someone who bleaches her hair, this undoes a whole lot of sins. It’s a bit of an investment, but I have to admit that I purchased this well over a year ago and have yet to reach the halfway mark so a little goes a very long way!
